GENERAL CONDITONS Ski passes are not transferable and must be shown if requested by inspection personnel. It is not possible to exchange, extend or postpone the validity period at a later date. In case of abuse, a ski pass may be withdrawn and a special penalty rate charged. Otherwise the conditions of transport in respect of each of the individual lifts apply. BEWARE After the last lift services have departed, there is a constant risk of avalanche blasts, machinery on the pistes, winches and snow cannons, etc. The use of pistes and ski routes after closing time can be extremely dangerous. FRESH SNOW The Tuxer Bergbahnen (Eggalmbahnen ) company successfully makes every effort in offering its visitors the best slope conditions every day. However, in the event of fresh snow anddespite the operation of a multitude of grooming machines, it is not always possible to work on all slopes simultaneously. In certain weather and snow conditions, the fresh snow does not bind with the snow layer underneath and snow heaps (moguls) occur after the skiers’ first turns. This cannot be attributed to a lack of slope grooming. When skiing is taking place, for safety resons no preparation can normally take place. CONTACTLESS DATA CARRIERS All ski passes will be issued as key cards. Deposit fee: € 2.00. Return of undamaged key cards and refund of deposits at the ticket offices .
